At the start of this new year, I don’t wish you any strength.<\/p>\n\n
I hope you’ll be more truthful.<\/p>\n\n

Slow down, breathe, get back to life<\/h2>\n\n
Reinventing ourselves sometimes means slowing down when all the pressure is on to speed up.<\/p>\n\n
It’s breathing when the old world tells us to run.<\/p>\n\n
It means choosing the living rather than the automatic.<\/p>\n\n

- Repeat 5 cycles, releasing the jaw and shoulders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
It’s not a performance. It’s a return. A reminder: you’re already on your way. <\/p>\n\n
