what does it mean?<\/p>\n\n<p>For me, being in my heart is not about being zen all the time.<br \/>It&#8217;s not about agreeing with everyone.<br \/>It&#8217;s not about smiling when it hurts.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Being in the heart is an inner posture.<\/strong><br \/>A way of living life.<\/p>\n\n<p>It means coming back to oneself&#8230; before reacting.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To be in the heart is to create a bond<\/h2>\n\n<p>It means accepting that we are deeply connected to each other.<br \/>That what I say, what I do, has an impact.<\/p>\n\n<p>It means really looking at someone.<br \/>Not just with the eyes,<br \/>but with presence.<\/p>\n\n<p>I often see this in my sessions:<br \/>when you feel seen, listened to, welcomed&#8230;
