class="wp-block-heading">When the ego takes up too much space

The ego becomes difficult to live with when it distances us from our true nature.

This happens when :

we constantly seek external validation

we’re afraid of judgment

we want to control everything

we put ourselves under constant pressure

At such times, the ego can generate :

stress

anxiety

inner tensions

But that’s not because it’s bad.

It’s simply because he’s trying to protect us from a fear.

The practice of conscious breathing can help calm this mental mechanism.

Learning to live with your ego

The path is not to suppress the ego.

The way is to observe it.

When we step back, something changes profoundly:

We realize that we are not our ego.

We become the consciousness that observes it.

This is where :

inner freedom

mental peace

presence

This approach is also used in many meditative and therapeutic practices.

👉 To find out how breathing can support this process, down.

The defences come down.

And behind the ego appears something deeper:

our essence.

A space where we no longer need :

<ul
