Breathwork and inner transformation coach in Geneva
Je suis coach certifié basé à Genève, spécialisé dans le breathwork, la Kundalini et la méditation sonore avec bols. Avec plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du coaching sportif, de la remise en forme et de la thérapie, j’ai accompagné des centaines de personnes dans leur transformation personnelle, que ce soit dans des structures indépendantes ou au sein de grandes entreprises.
Through Just Breathe Geneva, I now offer a full range of support, combining conscious breathing, energy work and inner exploration. I offer individual and group sessions, for both individuals and companies. Each session is designed to facilitate emotional release, reconnection with the body and the emergence of a state of inner peace.
My approach is intuitive, profound and accessible, in the service of well-being, alignment and self-acceptance.
