We often speak of “being in the heart”.
But in concrete terms… what does it mean?
For me, being in my heart is not about being zen all the time.
It’s not about agreeing with everyone.
It’s not about smiling when it hurts.
Being in the heart is an inner posture.
A way of living life.
It means coming back to oneself… before reacting.
To be in the heart is to create a bond
It means accepting that we are deeply connected to each other.
That what I say, what I do, has an impact.
It means really looking at someone.
Not just with the eyes,
but with presence.
I often see this in my sessions:
when you feel seen, listened to, welcomed… something inside you relaxes.
The heart is that space where the link becomes simple.
True.

To be in the heart is to love differently
Loving from the heart doesn’t mean forgetting yourself.
It doesn’t mean accepting everything.
It’s loving with your backbone.
It’s being able to say:
“I love you… and I respect myself.”
The heart is not weak.
It is courageous.
He knows how to say yes.
He knows how to say no.
To be in the heart is to share
Share an emotion.
A doubt.
A truth.
Being in our hearts means daring to be human:
with our strengths,
with our weaknesses.
It’s not impressing.
It’s connecting.
To be in the heart is to understand without judging
When we breathe deeply, when we slow down…
we realize that everyone carries an invisible story.
To be in the heart is to listen beyond words.
It’s to let go of the need to be right.
It’s to choose understanding over fighting.
The heart has all the palettes
There is gentleness.
But also firmness.
Joy.
Sadness.
Healthy anger.
Forgiveness.
Being in the heart is not about avoiding emotions.
It’s about going through them without closing yourself off.
In my world, being in the heart…
It’s about breathing before answering.
It’s about feeling your body before speaking.
It’s about returning to the breath when everything is hectic.
It means accepting not to be perfect,
but to be true.
Every day, I choose to return there:
to the center,
to the breath,
to the heart.
What about you?
Where are you today with your heart?
