Interior cleaning

Hello everyone 🌾

Spring has a way of whispering to us that it’s time to change our skin.

The trees are budding, the days are stretching out, and the light is slowly returning to graze our still somewhat sleepy mornings.

And inside us… things are moving too.
Sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly.

Maybe you’re feeling it: the need to sort things out.
Not just in the cupboards or on the desk, but deeper down… in the invisible layers of your being.

✹ This is what I call housekeeping.

Why clean up your own house?

Over the days, months and years we accumulate :

  • Tensions we don’t take the time to listen to
  • Emotions we avoid
  • Loopy thoughts
  • Patterns we repeat without even realizing it

We learn to manage this inner disorder, to contain it.
But it weighs us down, it tires us, it cuts off our vital energy.

Clearing up inside isn’t about “solving all your problems”.
It’s about creating a new space inside yourself.
To feel again. To breathe. To realign.

🌀 Breath: an invisible broom

The breath is a tool we always have with us.
And yet its power is so often overlooked.

👉 Breathwork, with its simplicity and depth, allows you to :

  • Circulate what’s stagnant
  • Release unexpressed emotions
  • Regain mental clarity
  • Back in the body, in the moment

When you breathe consciously, you don’t just take in air:

we make room.
And it’s in this space that we can finally settle down.

đŸŒŹïž Breathing exercise – Express inner cleansing

A simple and powerful ritual that I often share with my clients:

📍 Sit in a quiet place
đŸ–ïž One hand on your heart, the other on your belly
⏳ Breathe rhythmically :

  • Inhale through nose (4 sec)
  • Keep breathing (4 sec)
  • Exhale slowly through the mouth (6 to 8 sec)

âŻïž Repeat for 5 to 10 minutes, in silence or with this gentle playlist.

Pose the following intention:

“I release what no longer serves me. I make room for what nourishes my being.”

📝 Write down how you feel afterwards. Even micro-changes count.
