In “Moi Moi Moi – Episode 10”, I had the opportunity to present the benefits of breathwork. I explained how this conscious breathing practice can help reduce stress, improve mental clarity and promote overall well-being. By encouraging better oxygenation of the body, breathwork also helps to release accumulated tension and achieve a state of deep relaxation. The show’s appearance helped raise public awareness of this method of relaxation and personal transformation.
