Yoga & Breathwork Retreat Morocco from October 25 to November 1

Yoga & Breathwork

What can we expect?

After a first night in a Riad in Agdz, we head for the Sahara. Along the way, we’ll visit some incredible places to discover the warm atmosphere of Morocco.

The first night will be spent in a fixed camp, with an initial yoga session to settle down in the present moment. Then each day, you’ll have time for yoga, breathing and meditation to open your senses and connect with yourself.

We’ll also be experimenting with silent meditative walking as we travel with the camel caravan.

In the evening, the quiet of the night will encourage us to share our experiences and emotions in talking circles and fire ceremonies.

We’ll then spend 2 nights in Ouarzazate, a town south of the Moroccan High Atlas Mountains, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Here, we’ll visit the Unesco World Heritage sites and stroll through the maze and bustle of the local souks.

We’ll be leaving for one last night together in a Riad in Marrakech with a relaxing atmosphere that will allow us to say goodbye before heading home.

CHF 1,970 until June 30
