Year-end letter – Just Breathe

As we approach the end of this year, I invite you to pause for a moment. A space to look back on the road we’ve travelled – not with demands, but with tenderness and lucidity.

A gentle look at the year

This year has been one of cycles.

Movements that are sometimes fluid, sometimes demanding.

Moments of momentum… and others of withdrawal, just as necessary.

Take a moment to honor your victories, even the quiet ones.

    The ones played out indoors:

    • take care of you when things were going too fast,
    • set limits,
    • slow down,
    • breathe.

Honor also what you have deposited.

    Weights no longer needed.

Expectations that no longer belonged to you.

    The roles you’ve stopped wearing.

By letting go, you’ve opened up space for what’s been begging to bloom.

    year-end letter Just breathe

    Caring: an act of love

At the heart of this movement was this essential choice: to take care of yourself and your loved ones.

    Be present.

    Really listen.

Offering time, a look, a shared breath.

Because taking care of ourselves also means taking care of those we love.

    Welcoming the new cycle

As a new chapter begins, I invite you to feel your expectations for the year ahead – not as goals to be achieved, but as intentions to be embodied.

How would you like to live…

    • your body,
    • your relationships,
    • your breath,
    • your life?

    Thank you

Thank you for your loyalty, your courage and your confidence.

Thank you for daring to feel, to cross… and sometimes simply to stay.

Before entering this new chapter, I invite you to make a simple and profound gesture:

    Take a breath.

    Breathe to integrate.

    Breathe to honor.

Breathe to remember that caring is already an act of love.

    With gratitude and gentleness,

    Just Breathe

    Daphné

    A mini-ritual (3 minutes)

    1. Place one hand on your heart, one hand on your stomach.
    2. Inhale through the nose on 4 counts.
    3. Exhale slowly through the mouth on 6 to 8 beats.
    4. Repeat 6 times, without forcing.

If an emotion arises, let it pass like a wave.
