What to expect

An immersion between wild nature, inner practice and African culture.

The retreat combines Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe with the Chobe region in Botswana. It is designed as a return to the essential: the sounds of the savannah, daily practices, generous meals, silence, sharing and deep reconnection.

Two formats are offered: an 8-day retreat, or a 12-day version with a premium mobile safari extension in the bush.

Programme

From Victoria Falls to the Chobe wilderness.

The itinerary alternates daily practice, cultural moments, safari, rest and integration.

Registration form
Day 1 · Victoria Falls

Arrival, transfer to the hotel, first discovery of Victoria Falls, opening circle and soft landing practice.

Day 2 · Zambezi river

Morning yoga by the river, time around the falls, e-bike discovery and an evening practice.

Day 3 · Toward Botswana

Morning practice, transfer toward Botswana, Chobe river cruise and arrival at the private Munga Plains camp.

Days 4–7 · Chobe & Munga Plains

Yoga, breathwork, cultural workshops, walking safari, jeep safari, local encounters and restorative time at camp.

Day 8 · Departure or extension

First group returns to Victoria Falls airport. The 12-day option continues with a three-day premium mobile safari.

Days 8–10 · Optional mobile safari

Immersion in the bush around Savuti/Khwai: 4x4 game drives, camp life, fire dinners, silence, yoga and breathwork in nature.

Days 11–12 · Return & closing

Return toward Victoria Falls, integration time, final evening and departure with the experience still alive in the body.

Teachers

Béatrice

Yoga and sound therapy. Béatrice guides daily practices that combine gentle movement, Hatha flow and Yin Yoga.

Daphné

Breathwork and yoga. Daphné supports emotional awareness, vulnerability, regulation and reconnection through breath.
